Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Polaris Parkway / Columbus, An Ihg Hotel, Columbus

The hotel was a mixed experience with dirty rooms at the start but spacious for our group of five. The amazing room setup balanced out with normal amenities. The service was commendable overall, except for not enforcing quiet hours and some cleanliness issues. The location was a chaotic convenience next to the freeway but with various nearby facilities. The dining was exceptional, especially the free breakfast, though some items were unavailable. The hotel facilities were decent.

On the whole, it was a decent stay with some notable highlights and a few setbacks.
